Complex Speech Data, Recorded for Your Industry

The dataset that makes a call centre model work will make an in-car model fail. Noise, speakers, vocabulary and labels all change by sector. We build each dataset for the conditions your system will actually meet, recorded in UK broadcast studios by contracted professional artists with documented consent.

Why sector matters

The same dataset does not serve two industries

Speech data is usually sold by type: TTS, ASR, conversational, multilingual. That describes what the files are, not whether they will make your model work. Two projects can both need “ASR training data” and require completely different recordings.
An in-car recogniser hears diffuse cabin noise that rises with road speed, through a microphone in the headliner, from a driver whose attention is on the road. A clinical triage system hears telephone-band audio from elderly, breathless or distressed callers, using drug names and dosages. Nothing transfers between them: not the microphone distance, not the vocal effort, not the script, not the labels, not the regulator.
So we scope every project against six questions before a single session is booked.

Acoustic environment

What the model will actually hear at inference. Cabin, ward, contact centre floor, warehouse aisle, drive-thru lane.

Speaker population

Who talks to it, and in what state. Calm, hurried, distressed, elderly, non-native, or all of them.

Script domain

The actual vocabulary. Drug names, part numbers, postcodes, sort codes, place names and their mispronunciations.

Label set

What the annotation captures beyond the transcript. Urgency, intent, entity type, overlap, barge-in, speaker position.

Regulatory regime

The one that applies to your sector, not a generic compliance line. It changes what we can record and what ships with it.

Failure mode

What goes wrong when the data is poor, in your terms. A mis-transcribed dosage is not the same problem as a false wake.
